Return & Exchange Policy
At Shores Company, each fragrance, candle, skincare, and island wear piece is made and designed with care in Hawaiʻi. Because our products are thoughtfully crafted in small batches, availability for exchanges may be limited.
We hope your order brings you joy, but if something isn’t quite right, we gladly offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchanges

Exchanges must be initiated and shipped back within 14 days of your order’s fulfillment date.

Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Fragrances, body oils, and skincare must be unopened and unused to qualify.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

We provide a complimentary prepaid return label for all eligible exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shorescompany@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange for a replacement right away.
Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Domestic orders ship standard $8; all items are fulfilled within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
How to Start an Exchange
Please email us at shorescompany@gmail.com with your order number and details. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange promptly and ship your replacement at no additional cost.
